We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your insulated tumbler, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Return Shipping: For returns caused by personal preference (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
